New Members
Carrington Boating Club welcomes new members who own a boat, who are simply interested in boating, or even just socialising with convivial others overlooking the serenity of the Brisbane River. As a member you will be able to attend our boating and social activities with other like-minded and friendly enthusiasts.

To become a member you will need to:
-
Attend two monthly meeting. The first is to meet other members and introduce yourself. The second is when you will be voted in as a member. Monthly meetings are held on the first Sunday of the month, from 10 am - 11 am. We usually stick around for a bbq, working bee or kayaking trip after the meeting.
-
Select your membership type. Full membership is for people who own registerable boats. Full members have voting rights. Associate membership is for everyone else. Associate members do not have voting rights.
-
Fill out the membership application form and email it to the secretary (secretary@carringtonboating.club).
-
Pay your annual membership fees (fee details can be found at the bottom of this page). Memberships run from 1 November each year.
If you would like to review the rules of association of incorporation (our constitution), you can find them here.
